Yoga

Our program welcomes students of all ages and experience levels to practice yoga. The journey of yoga is one of self-discovery that can lead to a greater understanding of body and spirit. Regular practice of yoga has shown to improve agility, strength, and coordination. You may also find that regular practice can bring you a greater sense of body awareness and understanding of your own physicality.

Each class will be a 60-minute moving meditation. Our focus is typically Vinyāsa Flow. You can expect a wide range of dynamic motion and stretching connected with breath. Our classes are designed for beginner or intermediate students and we encourage new comers and first timers to try yoga with us in a friendly and comfortable environment.
Many people think that they need to be flexible to begin yoga, but that’s a little bit like thinking that you need to be able to play tennis in order to take tennis lessons. Come as you are and you will find that yoga practice will help you become more flexible.
